If a Player is found to be under 18, their Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings generated will be voided.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on ba1111. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under alternative identities, or in the name of a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ba1111 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated balances.
3.3 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ba1111 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration and may request supporting documentation at any point.
3.4 Account Verification. ba1111 may require Players to complete an identity verification process ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other stage the Platform deems appropriate. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
3.5 Geographic Restrictions. The ba1111 Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the ba1111 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ba1111 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
4.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. ba1111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ba1111 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
4.2 Personal Use Only. Your Account is strictly for your own personal use. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you may not act as an agent for any third party when placing wagers on the Platform.
4.3 Account Currency. All ba1111 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no facility for currency conversion on the Platform. Deposits and withdrawals must be made in BDT via the supported payment methods listed on the Platform.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. ba1111 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive Accounts after this period, deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Player logs back in and reactivates their Account.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. ba1111 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. ba1111 reserves the right to change this minimum at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified Accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution. ba1111 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which ba1111 accepts no responsibility.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. ba1111 reserves the right to require completion of identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that matches the identity registered on your Account.
5.5 No Third-Party Payments. ba1111 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment methods owned by third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be returned and the associated wagers voided.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ba1111 is committed to operating an honest and transparent platform. The Platform maintains anti-money laundering procedures and may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited. Any Player found to be using ba1111 for money laundering or any other financial crime will have their Account permanently suspended and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. ba1111 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds or game eligibility restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Only wagers placed on eligible Games count towards the wagering requirement. Wagers placed on certain game types (such as live dealer games, low-margin sports bets, or roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ba1111 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
6.4 Promotional Amendments. ba1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has completed the associated wagering requirement, ba1111 will use reasonable efforts to communicate this change in advance. Any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the Account upon the promotion's withdrawal.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on ba1111 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by ba1111's game providers. ba1111 does not influence or control individual game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for each title are available within the game interface or via the game provider's published documentation.
7.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting on ba1111 covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events as listed on the Platform. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. ba1111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was erroneously priced due to a manifest error.
7.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in pricing, game outcome calculation, or bonus credit, ba1111 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected balances. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as a mistake. ba1111 will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's reliance on a manifest error.
7.4 Disputed Results. If a Player disputes the outcome of a game or bet, they must notify ba1111 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. ba1111's decision on disputed results, after review, is final.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. ba1111 reserves the right to impose maximum single-transaction or daily payout limits on any game or betting market. Where applicable, these limits are published within the relevant game or market interface. Any winnings that exceed the stated limit may be reduced to the maximum applicable amount.
Warning: Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed in this section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba1111 Platform:
9.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the ba1111 Platform, including but not limited to its design, software, source code, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to ba1111. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in ba1111's intellectual property.
9.2 Limited Licence. ba1111 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
9.3 Third-Party Content. Games and certain other content available on ba1111 are provided by third-party studios and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. ba1111 is not responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from third-party content.
ba1111 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. ba1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ba1111 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or via a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the ba1111 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ba1111 operates.
In the event of a dispute between you and ba1111, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ba1111 support. ba1111 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
